His expertise spans across high-rise buildings, corporate offices, warehouses, and renovation projects. Bassem’s core responsibilities have included the preparation and review of detailed shop drawings, the development of precise load schedules, and the supervision of electrical wiring teams to ensure seamless execution of site installations. He has specialized in automation systems, including the programming and supervision of KNX Controllers and the integration of diverse systems into cohesive automation networks.

Simon Abboud, Managing Director of FOMEX, possesses over 20 years of professional experience that seamlessly integrates technical acumen with business leadership. He is renowned for his engineering and project management proficiency and is credited with founding a leading façade engineering and aluminum and glass company in Lebanon. His venture into the Nigerian market began in 2021 with the expansion of his aluminum business and continued with the establishment of FOMEX.

Rayan Maalouf a Managing Partner with an extensive background in corporate strategy, business development, real estate, and private equity. He built his expertise working with tier-1 global management consulting firms on some of the most strategic projects in the MENA region, most notably NEOM, Qiddiya mega-projects in KSA. Rayan comes from an Mechanical Engineering background and complemented his education through executive certifcates from Harvard Business School.

With over 20 years of experience, Rabih Hajj is a highly skilled Electrical Engineer specializing in the field of construction and rehabilitation of different types of buildings. He worked extensively with both public and private sector clients and guided electrical and mechanical teams in several projects. Over the course of his career Rabih delivered over 20 hospitals and medical centers, 30 commercial centers, 18 factories, 5 banks, and over 100 villas and residential buildings.

George Daher, a seasoned electrical engineer and Head of MEP at Fomex Ltd . With over 20 years of extensive experience in the field, George has successfully managed and executed a variety of complex MEP projects across several countries, including Nigeria, Mozambique, and Lebanon.
George served as Head of MEP at A&K Construction prior to joining Fomex. His impressive portfolio features the supervision of large-scale projects such as the construction of commercial buildings, luxury villas, and specialized facilities like hospitals and laboratories. George has con- sistently ensured the efficient and safe completion of MEP installations, adhering to the highest industry standards.

Camille A. Zarife is a highly skilled engineer with over 15 years of expertise in HVAC and MEP systems. As Head of Mechanical Engineering at Fomex, he spearheads technical operations, overseeing system design, project management, and commissioning to ensure the successful execution of complex projects across multiple sectors. His extensive experience includes managing large-scale projects in healthcare, commercial, and government facilities, with a focus on advanced HVAC solutions such as chilled water, VRV, and DX systems. Notable clients include the Nigerian Liquefied Natural Gas Company and the British High Commission in Abuja.

Berj Demerjian brings over 15 years of mechanical engineering expertise to FOMEX, with a strong emphasis on MEP services for healthcare facilities. His experience encompasses the design, project management, and execution of complex mechanical systems. He worked extensively with both public and private sector clients and guided electrical and mechanical teams in several projects. Over the course of his career Berj delivered over 8 hospitals and medical centers, 5 commercial centers, 4 restaurants, and over 15 villas and residential buildings.

Anthony Odarume is a seasoned Senior Design Engineer with over 13 years of experience in air-conditioning and plumbing design, project management, and MEP supervision. He has a robust background in designing HVAC systems, calculating cooling and ventilation require- ments, and ensuring adherence to building codes. Anthony has success- fully led projects for luxury residential developments, commercial build- ings, institutional facilities, and hospitals. Known for his expertise in CAD and cost control, he excels in troubleshooting, preparing comprehensive project documentation, and managing sub-contractors to ensure
